" Music is an inspiration to life, Raaga Ranjani Trust is set to spread these positive vibes everywhere. Raaga Ranjani Trust was started in 2016 chaired by Honourable Senior Musician, Sri Manavendra Dixit and led by Sri Prahlad Dixit. This became an opportunity for many aspirants to learn light music. It all started with 8 students in a batch which turned to 110+ students today who are learning in 8 different batches. All these batches are led by the guru Sri Prahlad Dixit, both in online and offline mode of classes. Raaga Ranjani celebrating every year regularly has been the speciality which involved variety of programs organized. "
2022:
Raaga Ranjani Trust has been invited by renowned organizations to perform and has also hosted many unique and special musical events led by Sri Prahlad Dixit with his students.
One such was from SBI, Shivamogga on the occasion of their Silver Jubilee function held at Naukarara Samudaaya Bhavana, invited Raaga Ranjani Trust to perform “Naada Geethe”. Students led by Sri Prahlad Dixit, also presented the songs written by the great Rashtra Kavi, Sri Kuvempu in a program “Dharma Samanvaya matthu Kuvempu Vichaaradhaare” held at Karnataka Sangha, Shivamogga. And, a wonderful musical performance by Sri Prahlad Dixit and students by singing the poems of these great Poets namely Sri H Dundiraj, Sri B R Lakshman Rao and Sri Ka Vem Srinivas in “Bhaava Gaana Sangama” program held at Kuvempu Rangamandira, Shivamogga.
2021:
As always with different genres of programs presented by Raaga Ranjani in the past, it has been successful in stepping forward by organizing some more programs in 2021. “Vishnu Vaibhava” was one such program that had fantastic songs coming from the movies of Sandalwood’s veteran actor, Dr Vishnuvardhan, presented by Prahlad Dixit and team which turned out to be a huge success. Additionally, “Sneha Milana” was another program that included the Raaga Ranjani students from all the batches performing beautiful group songs that stood an attraction.
Raaga Ranjani Trust has always maintained presenting fresh concept/theme-based programs to the audience regularly. It’s “Star Singer Quest”, a competition at State level that was organized by Raaga Ranjani Trust, only for specially challenged talents to sing Kannada movie songs. This program had the participants coming all over from Karnataka who spent the whole day with Raaga Ranjani team and celebrated their happiest moments. Eventful day continued with “Swara Sangama” in the evening which was open for public while participants performed their songs in the final round. It was well received by the audience and created fun-filled environment. This competition had the prizes in the form of cash award that included Rs. 10000 as 1st prize, Rs. 5000 as 2nd prize and Rs. 3000 as 3rd Prize respectively.
Raaga Ranjani Trust led by Prahlad Dixit had his students together with him do playback singing for a movie, which is of course a special recognition to mention.
Kannada Rajyotsava program held in Shivamogga during November 2021 had been the best of celebrations where students of Raaga Ranjani participated and got recognized for their best performances. It is already around 6 years that Raaga Ranjani Trust has been successful in organizing many exciting programs. Raaga Ranjani Trust is providing an excellent opportunity to learn light music in both online and offline mode of classes. Students from not only across India but globally are pursuing this opportunity already. This underlines the popularity of Raaga Ranjani Trust.
2020:
Yet another variety of programs presented by Raaga Ranjani was “Sangeeth Ke Barsaath”. It was with 2500+ audience who gathered in Kuvempu Rangamandira, Shivamogga who thoroughly enjoyed the most melodious song choices from Bollywood presented by Prahlad Dixit and team.
2019:
“Ileya Geethe” was one of the biggest stages set by “Raaga Ranjani” in 2019. Prahlad Dixit and team presented the special and most popular songs directed by the music maestro of Indian film industry, Mr. Ileya Raja, to the audience of Shivamogga city. This program became quite special with the presence of senior veteran actor Late. Shivaram who has also inaugurated the occasion and witnessed the popularity and success of Raaga Ranjani.
